Rochon Born from Torrance (a suburb of Los Angeles), is the daughter of Zelma Staples. Her parents are Samuel Staples a graphic designer and businessman. She graduated in 1982 from Cerritos High School, located in Cerritos, California. In 1986 she received her bachelor's degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in which she received a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism, with minors in sociology and theatre. Rochon was back at CSUDH for commencement in 2016 as the keynote speaker.

Heather Storm works as a journalist, host on television and producer. A car lover Heather also served as host for Garage Squad at Discovery MotorTrend Network. Heather's digital travel program, Drive Yourself Local is the name of a show where she drives around America in an old 1965 Ford Mustang and shares small town stories. Heather has been featured in several films and television shows that include Nightingale as well as Epic Movie.

Ullerup was part of the cast as Julia Brynn, a character in the remake show Battlestar Galactica that aired 2006 on Sci Fi Channel. Ullerup performed the role of Ashley Magnus for the first season as well as the second one on Sanctuary prior to her character being created. Her departure led to heated discussion among viewers. Many wanted to bring the character back for a future episodes. However, the show ended in 2012. Ullerup appeared as Bree O'Brien, in Chesapeake Shores.
